Board of Directors

Darya founded the Women Founders Foundation in 2017 because she is passionate about helping women succeed. Building on the success of the Junior Judge program through Women Founders Network, which she founded in 2013, she was inspired to create a Foundation dedicated to providing education on entrepreneurship to young women and girls.

DARYA ALLEN-ATTAR

Marissa is a founding member of the Women Founders Foundation team. She launched the Junior Judge program for the Women Founders Network in 2014 and has since helped the program grow and flourish, educating more than 50 girls from across the country about entrepreneurship and investing. She brings a dynamic background in cause marketing and nonprofit management.

MARISSA MORAN

Mark mentors and advises entrepreneurs on finance, business operations, and fundraising, is an active angel investor, sits on the board of a variety of startups and nonprofits, and actively runs Supporting Strategies | Los Angeles which provides enterprise-level finance and accounting support to startups, growing small businesses, and nonprofits through an all-star team of experienced professionals.

Jitin Agarwal is a 7 time serial entrepreneur who has successfully lead startups to scale – driving revenues from $100K to $100MM in record time. Across all of these ventures he has amassed a wealth of expertise in all aspects of a venture’s lifecycle from ideation, to funding, to development, to sales and marketing, to post-sales customer success.

René Jones is the Head of the UTA Foundation & Enrichment at United Talent Agency (UTA), a premier global talent and literary agency. In this capacity, she provides strategic philanthropic guidance for clients and employees and advises non-profit organizations on best practices for effective entertainment industry engagement and social impact. She is active in many causes, particularly involving women, children and the environment.

Ronette is an experienced Startup CFO with operational experience in high-tech, ecommerce, and digital media businesses. She is a financial partner to Founders and CEOs with an emphasis on accounting, finance, human resources and operations. Ronette has a progressive career in private and public industries with a focus on planning, operations and financial responsibilities in startup and early-stage companies.

She has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, investment, financial and tax planning. Alev delivers comprehensive, sophisticated wealth management advice to a diverse group of clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families, entrepreneurs and executives.

Nikki Lin currently serves as Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing for California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI) at UCLA, a hub of interdisciplinary research, translation, and education where scientists from diverse fields find common purpose in addressing grand challenges of the 21st century.

Vicky Regan has worked for Silicon Valley Bank for the past 11 years. She is managing director of the corporate finance team in Southern California, where she helps later-stage technology companies keep their momentum as they grow. Her clients include cutting-edge internet, software and hardware businesses throughout the SoCal region. As each client continues to scale, Vicky and her team move at full speed so her clients can focus on their next big opportunity.

VICTORIA REGAN

Maddy has been a Junior Judge in the Women Founders Network Fast Pitch competition since the program started in 2014. She has done a variety of volunteer work both in Los Angeles and internationally, and has participated in Stanford Splash, a program providing youth a chance to take classes on the Stanford Campus, as well as ID Tech Alexa Café Summer Camps.
